Go with this place! I lived through a home build years ago and have been dreaming up my own hearth project and stove install for years . I put the beautiful Jotul 602V3 on a serpentine boulder in my living room. Renee on the showroom took countless calls and was very instrumental in my purchase as well as a positive voice of encouragement to execute my plan. Ultimately I chose the interest free financing and paid it off in 4 months. Mark came for the site visit and he was very helpful in assisting with my pre install - I had to re-enforce my floor and build a cat walk in my eaves . Then Aaron and Lain came for two install sessions - 1st Installing the pipe and patiently helping me center my hearth . I then moved my boulder into the house and these two came back and literally helped me take laser measurements for four hours while I cut my boulder carefully with a dremel. It turned out level and perfect . It’s a one of a kind . This professional code worthy crew is as warm as my stove! Thank you ! We had fun !

Custom Heath made an appt for a technician to come to service my Propane Fireplace. Randy competed the service. He was able to install a few new parts. After installation and reassembling the logs Randy started my fireplace to make sure it was perfect before he left. The flames were more than perfect and better than I have ever seen them. The glass was nicely, safely cleaned. Randy’s expertise and knowledge was exemplary. Thank you.

Laine and Mark did an excellent job of removing our old wood stove. They also took it up on themselves to remove the hearth and support. They then capped off the existing chimney through the roof. Thanks guys!
