  I had an excellent experience with Custom Fireplaces from start to finish. The first time I called, Cyndi answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. She provided clear information and took the time to teach me about our propane fireplace, which I truly appreciated. She arranged for Darryl to come out the very next day to evaluate the issue. Darryl was thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional in explaining what was wrong with our fireplace. Shortly after he left, Cyndi called me back and spent over 30 minutes discussing solutions that would work within my budget. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days. Instead of automated systems and long wait times, Custom Fireplaces provided prompt, personal, and caring service. I highly recommend them and am very grateful for their help!

  We needed to replace our see through fireplace insert to correct a venting issue. Custom Fireplaces by RMF was recommended to us by a neighbor and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Cyndi and her team. Cyndi made sure the entire process, from our initial meeting to discuss options to the final finishing touches, was done thoroughly, efficiently, and properly. She left no stone unturned! She was in constant communication with us every step of the way, her team (shout out to Daryl) took extra care in removing the old insert making sure to do as little stone damage as possible plus limiting the mess/dust to our home (not an easy task when dealing with stonework). The removal, installation, and stone repair was done quickly meaning minimal disruption to using our home. After installation both Cyndi and Daryl provided great instructions on using the new insert and Cyndi continues to be extremely responsive to any questions we might have. The new insert has addressed our venting issue but as a huge bonus completely updated and enhanced the look of our fireplace inside the house as well as the porch. I can with no hesitation say Cyndi and her crew made this one of the best experiences we’ve had with any home repair/renovation projects.

  Absolutely hands down the best contractor we worked with during our whole new home build. Cyndi is very knowledgeable, highly detail oriented, and very personable. She truly wants you to be happy with the product and will go the extra mile to make sure that happens. If you are looking for a company to work with regarding Fireplaces, Stoves, etc then this is the ONLY company you need to call!!

  We couldn't be more pleased with this company! Cyndi was so helpful and professional!! Daryl came out and cleaned our old gas fireplace and got it working like brand new!! Reset the logs, cleaned the glass and fixed the issue we were having. We will be using them from now on to keep our fireplace looking clean and pretty!!!

  I love love love love my Fireplace!!! And wall of tvs :) Working with Rocky Mountain Fireplace was the BEST! Cyndi knows her stuff and her attention to detail is amazing!! But what puts her over the top is her creativity and outstanding customer service!! That is hard to find these days. Big shout out to DARRELL..top notch installer that pays attention to every detail and follows through to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you Darrell!! :) Highly recommend!!!
