  Exceptional service! I hired this company to do an initial inspection and cleaning of an old, unmaintained chimney and insert. The receptionist was lovely and the field tech was great. I had to hire them to fix some things they found and had a similarly lovely experience. Their prices are also very fair and they are super responsive if you have questions or concerns. I will absolutely be reaching out to them again in the future for more cleanings!

  Curtis Chimney & Hearth is an amazing company to work with. All of their staff are professional as well as personable. They take the time to thoroughly explain things with you and ensure they leave the project site better than they found it. I’m not one to write reviews much but I also look at reviews when determining a company to use or a product to purchase. One thing I look for is reliability and trust. Curtis Chimney & Hearth have both of those qualities.

  First time to do business with this organization. My pellet stove wasn't working correctly. Soot was accumulating on the glass. I was shocked because I've only had it two years and had it cleaned and inspected each year, not by this company. My dealer couldn't come for a week and a half. My experience with a coal furnace led me to believe I needed to have it seen sooner. The weather was taking a drastic drop in temperature. Ron from Curtis came the very next morning. They are an hour away and the weather was horrible. He cleaned and inspected. Very professional and knowledgeable. I can't explain how grateful I am to them. The weather dropped to 5°. The charge was very reasonable. I have already made an appointment for 2023 maintenance with them. Very reliable.

  The process of choosing what was right for us. We'll certainly rate once,the installation is complete. Well, our stove was installed a few weeks ago. It came in before anticipated and was immediately scheduled for installation. The team quickly and efficiently removed our old stove and disposed of it. The new stove was installed by two men who knew their product and again efficiently installed our new stove. Went up on our roof to make sure everything was correct, and even cleaned our chimney. The installers were a pleasure to have in our home. Respectful of our things, polite and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to the cold days and nights to use this beautiful addition. Thank you for a positive experience.
