I love our new valor electric fireplace! Working with everyone at Croft was super easy and enjoyable. In particular our installer was fantastic! He answered all my questions, was incredibly professional and kind and may have actually left my house cleaner than it was when he arrived (I have two kids and I’m quite sure a large part of what he vacuumed up was their crumbs). I would absolutely recommend Croft Fireplace. High quality fireplace, kind people and great customer service.

The tech showed up right on time. Hw was very nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and gave me options. He didn't have the part on his truck but was nice enough to go back to his shop and grt one. After the install he taught me how to operate it. 5 Stars!!!!

We had a great experience from beginning to end on this project. Hilary was knowledgeable and very helpful during the selection process. She also recommended a local company for the mantel. The installers showed up when they said they would and were careful to not track dirt across the carpet during the removal of the 30+ year old wood fireplace and installation of the new gas fireplace. We are very happy with the results and would recommend highly Croft and their installers.

Our Valor fireplace has worked perfectly since the install. When it beeped this morning, I knew it meant it was time to change the AA batteries. The on line tutorials have helped me learn how to set my remote (which also has a battery I can now change). The owner came over after our remodel. He checked things out, answered my questions, and CLEANED UP all the debris. Glad we got the safety screen. We have needed it.
