  Fireplace is fine and works as expected, but extremely lax standards around electrical work. After asking for a correction, they claimed to have fixed it twice when nobody had even come to my house. They seem to be focused on getting paid rather than finishing the job properly. Go use someone else, even if it’s more money. That way you save the time of numerous follow ups to simply get work done that complies with code. Attaching video and pictures of the subpar electrical work - this was $400 and is “fixed”

  This is our third fireplace from Croft. They do an excellent job. A year or so ago, we put the high end Valor in one area of our house and honestly it’s a bit too warm. We recently put a lower end model in a rental and without blower it is great. We added the blower to have the option of heating a larger extended space further from the fireplace. It’s nice to have options but the blower is really not necessary. I recommend saving money and buying their lower end fireplace. Overall, they do a good job and I recommend them, their products and services.

  I now have purchased four fireplaces from Croft. We recently added the fourth to a rental property and they love it! The team at Croft are fantastic. I highly recommend! Joy is amazing and so is Bowen. The rental has a second fireplace in their basement and that’s the next on the list. I’m never disappointed with the quality of the fireplaces or the service of the team!!

  Croft fireplace did an excellent job from start to finish. Joy was knowledgeable and helped with our questions in the showroom. The install gave me confidence that it was done correctly. they had a problem with one of the sensors while finishing up, and they took the time to take it apart and replace the part that wasn’t working. The install was done about 2 weeks ago and we haven’t had any problems so far. I would recommend Croft to anyone who is looking for an awesome gas insert for their home!!! Thanks guys!!!

  Working with Joy at Croft Fireplaces was smooth and easy. She was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. When it was time to install, the guys were very professional and quick. We are very happy with the entire process.
