Had a great experience buying a hot tub in August 2025. Scott Campbell gave us a great sales experience, really knew his stuff, helped us make an informed decision in a low pressure, consultative way. Delivery team threaded a needle to get our tub where it needed to go in our yard, and the electrician they connected me with was very professional as well. The guide for setup and balancing chemicals was surprisingly intuitive.

Cannot recommend Creative Energy and Scott there more. Straightforward, incredibly helpful, fair in pricing and willing to go beyond what’s necessary to help one get on their feet with a new tub! If you’re considering a salt system tub in the Bay Area I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Creative Energy was awesome from 1st phone call to post hot tub install questions. Highly recommend. My hot tub install was a bit complicated, lots of moving pieces from deck work, electrical, old hot tub removal, and new hot tub install. Scott and Creative Energy made the entire experience amazing.
