      CR Norcross Appliance is the Best in Class for high end scratch & dent appliances in Atlanta! This is the warehouse for SEWELL Appliances and I have sought their help for all of my appliances over the past 20-25 years. CR is one the the few remaining scratch and dent warehouses for high end appliances. You must search/call regularly for new arrivals and come in for inspection before you pay for your appliance. Sometimes you have to wait for delivery if unable to accept delivery during the week but rest assured, the appliances will arrive in impeccable condition. The scratch on my brand new, Subzero 48" French Door refrigerator/ freezer is on the side and not visible once installed into the cabinet.

      Several of my unit smell like someone had or has been smoking some kind of substance inside, also units not correctly installed, a few dings and dents on my refrigerators. Team are leaving trash everywhere

      Great option for our of the box and scratch & dent appliances and more. You must have an appointment too get in so call ahead. They are very flexible as far as offering to put items on hold for 24 hours or more.

      Avoid this company. I have signed the contract with them in April, they scheduled the door delivery 4 times. Each time i had to reschedule the paint job that we want to do after the door is installed and it's still not installed. I tried working with them, but it doesn't seem to work. I found them through Costco, i thought that means that they are a good company. I wish i had done more research.

      I went through Costco and used this company to install a new garage door in February 2022. In August 2022, we attempted to open the garage one early morning and it fell off the track. They came out later that day and repaired it. I wasn't home and they didnt leave a ticket or any notes. A few days later I called back to let them know that I was still insecure about the door and that it seemed to be making a weird noise. The employee assured me that the door was safe and finally I started using the door again. Finally last week, I looked at the metal bar I realised that the metal pieces don't align and therefore every time the rollers get to the bend, part of the metal roller is shaved off. I contacted the company with the above information. They told me to call Ken, the Costco sales rep. for the company and gave me a non working number for him. I found a good number for him. I told him the above issue and he assured me that he would put a ticket in and have someone call me to set up an appointment. It has been more than 10 days and no one has called me. I suspect they are waiting for my one year warranty to lapse. I haven't even mentioned the poor customer service that I received on the front end. This company's lack of concern for my family by installing the garage door in a defective manner twice is disgusting!! I'm sure they'd provide equally poor service for your family too.
