I have the same experience with them . You ask for a price on something and they never get back to you. Why don’t they just close down or sell out to someone that will actually run it.

On three separate trips to the store, the couple working took my name and number for the owner to call me. I want to replace my current gas insert but I am still waiting for a call. Time to look elsewhere since I've been waiting for more than a year. Very disappointing

We had the owner (after several calls) come to our house to give us an estimate for a fireplace insert. He came and measured but never gave us an estimate. Very poor customer service.
