Vincent was very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring for my concerned wife (who has a fear of gas smells), not only that but he was responsive when setting up the appointment and quick to squeeze me in his schedule, in the middle of December which I'm sure is a very busy time for him. Vincent came recommended by several neighbors and I now see why. The price for service was also very fair. I will definitely be using (and recommending) him for all my fireplace servicing needs going forward.

TL;DR Summary: Excellent service and perseverance. A keeper of a repairman. Full story: Have you ever built something you just can't wait to enjoy, only to find out an essential piece is broken? Okay. I broke it, trying to finish the last freaking step. I bought new deck furniture with a fire-table for my newly refinished deck. Got to the very last step in assembling the aforementioned fire-table, only to have the pilot supply line snap off. Arggghhhh. It was 5 pm when I googled for repair services. I called half-heartedly thinking no one would answer as it was closing time (hum along) when Vincent answered. He asked me to take some pics of the manual and the damaged area and with that we scheduled a repair for the next day. And he helped me with the last (and hardest) step. Simply the best!

Vincent was great to work with. I lost a fireplace remote, and I needed it replaced quickly as we were selling the home. He came out the next day and didn’t charge me a huge service fee to check the fireplace like other local companies required. Highly recommend him for your gas fireplace needs!

Vince was a friendly individual who wants to help people and not screw them over when helping fix their gas fireplaces. He will help you understand what's wrong with your fireplace, how it works, and is on time. He was very trustworthy to the point where he was trying to help me figure out the issue without being charged. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out the issue and he was promptly coming out to help me out.
