  Went to take a look at hot tubs and pellet stoves on Sunday. Wesley had answers for every question we asked, and was super friendly. We ended up buying a new hot tub and it delivered today, less than a week from purchase and the day after Christmas! Can't wait to get it filled and enjoy! Definitely recommend, and we will be back for a new pellet stove soon. Delivery crew was great, walked us through how to fill and got tub in it's new home in about 30 min.

  I visited this location on Dec 23rd and received a quote. I explicitly told the salesperson I needed to return with my spouse on Dec 28th to finalize the decision, as we both have back issues and needed to test the tub. The salesperson agreed to this timeline and provided the price, omitting the critical detail that this price was part of a limited-time sale expiring on the 26th. When we returned on the 28th ready to purchase, the salesperson realized the error. To his credit, he called his manager immediately to explain the situation and ask that the quote be honored. Management refused. He tried a second time. Management refused again. It is engaging in bad faith when leadership refuses to stand behind the word of their own representatives. Instead of gaining a sale, they wasted our time. We are now happily taking our business to a competitor and paying more just to avoid supporting a company with such poor leadership.

  After ordering my very expensive Propane insert fireplace manufacturer Mendoza. 4 to 5 weeks later, I had my wife call to find out it’s been sitting in the warehouse. I have their documents of when they received it when it was converted over to propane and it sat there for another three weeks then after saying, I could pick it up on Wednesday with no problem. they would call me in the morning never got a phone call called there. Why not picking it up 230 3 o’clock in the afternoon and funny the next day I got a phone call from a gentleman saying my unit was ready for pick up the next day, not enough employees that knows what’s going on too shorthanded behind the counter when you go into the store wish them the best of luck. Associates nice as Quebe have no quarrel with that at all. They’re only one person doing the job of three.

  I purchased a Quadra Fire Castile pellet stove today. I was setup with everything I needed to get it running and up to code. I got it loaded up and got it home and burning in a few hours. Calvin and the crew did a great service for me and would highly recommend a future purchase. Just to note, I removed the carpet from the concrete floor and have purchased tile to do the entire room once the spring comes and will run the thermostat wire correctly at that time as well.
