We came by yesterday to get our log insert serviced, but found out the business has been sold. I had the best customer service in my life here years ago, which is why I came back. The man (I assume the owner) stopped me from buying a whole new log set because the one I bought didn't work, and ended up repairing it for $25! I hope you're happily retired!

I can’t recommend Dave from Country Hearth Fireplace Company enough! I bought a condo and the gas fireplace hadn’t worked for years the seller told me. I saw their shop down the street and gave them a call. Dave came out, got the fireplace running like new, and only charged me a very reasonable amount—plus, he gave me a one-year warranty! Several months later, I started having ignition delays, smelling gas, and noticing the switch wasn’t working properly. True to his word, Dave came back, spent 30-45 minutes troubleshooting, sanding, filing, and drilling to get everything working perfectly again. He only charged me for the cost of a new switch—just $10! You don’t find people like this anymore in 2025. Dave is the epitome of a hardworking, honest small business owner. He’s punctual, fair, and truly stands behind his work. On top of that, he’s friendly, easy to talk to, and even shared stories and pictures of his cats while we talked about pets. If you need a fireplace expert, Dave is the best in the business. A+ service all the way!

Rod and Lee arrived and immediately got to work. They were very professional and clearly experts. The previous company I had out to look at my gas fireplace that had not worked in 5 years said it was "unfixable". Rod and Lee had it back to perfect shape in an hr. Country Hearth only charges one service fee even if multiple trips are needed and provides a 1 year warranty. Use this company for your fireplace needs!

Call 6 times in one day trying to get ahold of our sells rep, the sixth time we call we are told he's left for the day so clearly they don't want our money or anything so we will be going elsewhere apparently we weren't important enough
