Expensive and don’t fix things called for repair charged me almost $900 to clean the chimney bleed the air out of a propane line and the 3rd one they told me I needed a new fire place I ordered $60 worth of parts and put them in fixed it myself don’t waste your time or money on these fools

Country Fireplace Showroom is the place to go if you’re looking for a gas burning stove to warm up those winter nights. The owner is friendly, dependable, knowledgeable, efficient and you can ask lots of questions and he doesn’t mind! I just purchased a gas burning stove and love it! Thank goodness for the quick response and professional attitude I received from Gary. He responded within 1 day, on a weekend and at the worst time of year to call for service (beginning of January) for a 25 year old natural gas fireplace. Since the fireplace belongs to a relative, I was not familiar and could not get it started and was sure something had failed. Gary arrived and within an hour the fireplace was working perfectly. Thankfully it required nothing other than some cleaning, some new batteries in the remote and fixing some of the settings. Thanks again Gary. I appreciate the lesson and will certainly call you again when service or replacement is needed. Cheers.

Great stoves but customer service was bad called for 2 months left multiple messages. Gary did call back after 2 months said he would service my stove if I took my review off, which I did and he never showed or returned any of my calls since so if you want service don't hurt his feelings!!!!!!!!!!!!!
