  I bought a new Heat & Glo Escape I35 gas insert for my fireplace and absolutely love it so far! Everyone I worked with at Country Comfort was very knowledgable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Elizabeth, in particular, was so great at helping me understand all of my options and answering all my questions throughout the process. The installers did everything from removing my old gas log set and installing the new unit and explaining how to use it. I highly recommend Country Comfort!

  Elizabeth was my sales rep and she was very easy to work with. The team here is knowledgeable and informed and will help answer any questions. Pick up was easy guys loaded me up and coached me on installing the unit myself. They made sure I had every detail and Corner covered so I wasn't making multiple trips to the hardware store when I got into the install.

  EVERYONE at Country Comfort went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our "once in a lifetime" custom see through fireplace project in our new home. From choosing the right unit to the meticulous install and follow up their service was A++++.   This review is long overdue. Let me begin by stating that the entire workforce showed my wife and I the level of professionalism that in this day and age one could only dream about receiving. It started with my phone call to them about a problem I was having with a stove that I didn't even buy from them . My first call was to a different stove dealer that didn't have a clue as to what I was talking about then went on to tell me that their installers were not available but I could set up a date for them to come out and look at the stove. I decided to check elsewhere and ended up calling Country Comfort. The person I spoke with listened to my problem then went on to tell me different things I could try to correct the problem. Rather then keep his phone tied up I told him I would I would call him back. His advice fixed my problem which saved me time and the expense of having a service man come to the house. Because of their offering to help me with this problem I decided to purchase a stove insert for our fireplace which we had been thinking about doing for some time. After showing their patience with me from all the phone calls I made to them the stove was installed and my wife and I are forever grateful for their patience, understanding of any doubts we may have shown and the true professionalism that everyone showed. Yes I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for the services they offer. Thank you Country Comfort.

  I have been dealing with Country Comfort for years & they never disappoint! We just had a new pellet stove installed & the whole process went super smooth. Elizabeth was very helpful & knowledgeable with the purchase. The guys that came out to do the install were great too. They were quick, clean, courteous and walked us through everything on the new stove when they were done.
