  There is so much to say about the work Dave does. I have used him around properties I manage for over a decade and would not recommend anyone other than Dave. His work is superb from scratch to finish. Dave is very trustworthy and committed to his clients, always going the extra mile to make sure I am happy at every site he works at. If he tells you he will be there on a certain date and time, he will be. You can trust him to be at your site without you being around. Honesty, trustworthy and committed are just a few ways to describe Dave and the work he does! If there’s a problem down the road, Dave will fix it.   Excellent workmanship, very professional and communicative! We are very detail oriented and David exceeded our expectations. We have an old farmhouse that we have been remodeling. He repaired, re-parged/skim coated the foundation and did a decorative finish on it. Our foundation has large daylight windows and is like a walkout with a very exposed foundation. It turned out beautifully! He showed up on time, job completed quickly, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend David.
