Prices are higher than some, but the service is well worth it. Other patio sets needed to be put together and with the set we bought, it would have taken 15 to 20 hours to set up ourselves. The set came fully assembled and delivered for free. Well worth the extra money. I highly recommend Coral's Casual Patio

Great selection of patio furniture. In store staff is not very attentive. Maybe because he's been there 19 years, Ok, so retire. I had to seek him out for questions and assistance when he knew i was there to buy. Seemed as though he had better things to do than service the customer. However, the delivery team was amazing. My furniture was well assembled, and they were friendly and placed with care. This store got my business because you had the product I wanted. I would recommend stepping up the customer service a notch. Fortunately for your business there isn't much competition for you in the Villages.

7/26/2024 - My husband and I had been out shopping for patio furniture. This was our 3rd outdoor patio shop that we had been to on this day. Service was excellent from the gentleman working on this day. I apologize, I don't recall his name. I just recall he has been employed with the store for a very long time. They have a variety of brands within their store including PVC furniture. We did not find exactly what we are looking for, but it wasn't for the lack of friendly and knowledgeable customer service. The gentleman was able to educate us on the Madison Cushion selection. We were not sure if this was exactly what we were looking for, but he spent the time with us we needed. We did not purchase anything on this day. Good outdoor patio furniture stores are few and far between here in Lake County.

Richie at the store helped me out with a warranty issue on some patio furniture even though I did not purchase through them. They went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them and their excellent service level. Thank You!

Out of business without letting me know. I've been waiting for a replacement cushion for 3 months. Very disappointed in his business practice. So what do I do now about the cushion?
