  Jorge and his helper were great! They explained what they were doing, and answered all of my questions. The chimney looks brand new. They did a great job, and had pride in their work. The office was also very responsive to any questions I asked. Complete Chimneys created a less stressful situation with their ethical work, and followed the BIA guidelines. I would use them again, and recommend them for your project

  This is simply an "A Class" example of how a company is to be run. Nothing but professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and an exceptional willingness to help-kind of service and experience with Complete Chimneys. I was impressed by their communication from the beginning. Their willingness to help and how quickly they were able to secure an appointment, despite being in the middle of the season. I received a text message (on the day of my service) with the name, a picture, and a blurb of the capabilities and history of the tech on his way. Made me happy to have picked this company. The crew, upon arrival was on time, friendly, and ready to answer all of my questions, throughout the service. I was even provided a customer discount AFTER my initial quote, because the person I spoke with was reminded of a special they were running and honored it when it was time to pay. I was reminded, after working with Complete Chimneys, that there are still quality companies out there that aren't run like a corporate machine, and express a heartbeat, while looking to treat new (and likely existing) customers with respect and fairness. They even sent me ALL of the diagnostic reports for my unit, on top of sending me as much information about my 28 year-old unit. Wow. Just wow. The Diagnostic and full-service are the services that were performed on my Heat-N-Glo propane fireplace. Hadn't been done in over 10 years and well-needed. Thank you John G (TR #73) (and your awesome tech) for being the best to offer, out there, for a well-needed customer service. I will certainly (and already have :)) refer your company to any of my friends/family/associates who are in need of any services that Complete Chimneys has to offer and will certainly be using you again in the future.   Complete Chimneys has done several projects for us and they have all turned out great! They are extremely friendly and helpful.   Complete Chimney did an awesome job from start to finish. They helped us put in a gas insert and did a beautiful job. They were very professional and clean. We got multiple quotes and they gave us the best offer. John the technician as well as his team We’re fast and efficient. We also had to reschedule multiple times because of various reasons and they were very flexible with us.

  Very satisfied with all of the services I received from Complete Chimney from my first phone call inquiring about a sales call to installation day. Joe and his team were very professional and informative about what would be comparable to what we had already and how the new equipment would work. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly anytime they called and the install team was also very friendly and kept a clean work area. We are ready for the weather to cooperate so we can test out our new wood stove.
