We called for gas log service and assistance to start our fireplace’s pilot light. We were scheduled for early February, and actually received outstanding service, two days after my initial request (due to a cancellation). The service tech was kind and very helpful. Called Sunday morning at 8 AM the repair completed by 10:15 The repairman was friendly ,knowledgeable and efficient. He had the part needed on his truck. Repair went smoothly. Love my service with Comfort. . We also have a maintenance protection package with them where they do a checkup twice a year on the system.
