Ignore the 3 star summary, completely inaccurate. The quality of service was top notch and professional. When you are getting quotes those other quotes don’t include everything the team does, including running electrical.

Our experience with Chuck and his team was fantastic throughout the entire process. Chuck is the consummate professional and we were very glad this winter to have followed his recommendations, as our house was warm and we achieved our goal of spending less in oil. Not only do our wood stoves look beautiful and enhanced our joy of winter, but the installation was also outstanding and Chuck stood by his work and ensured our flues were placed correctly and without leakage. In addition, they tackled the difficult task of cutting old bricks with the utmost precision. Bob made that cut look like a breeze while we worried how that would turn out. Comfort Hearth and Homes really stood out for us because our house is really old and Chuck really showed the kind exceptional knowledge that warrants a recommendation.

Fantastic experience from end to end with Comfort Home and Hearth, with the entire staff - showroom, customer service, and installation. They went above and beyond following some problems on our side (permits, contractor availability, etc.), which led to us finally getting to the installation over a year after we ordered the fireplace. Chuck and team were super patient and understanding throughout. And the fireplace and installation look and function great! What a difference in the warmth of our house, and feel of our living room. We're incredibly happy - thanks again!

We Have been using Comfort Home & Hearth for years. Nothing but the best. Rob comes out every year for a tune -up. He was just here for a small issue with our unit... He fixed it, and said "no charge", I stand by my work. Highly recommend.
