  Wonderful customer service. The particular technician who came to my home to clean and repair my gas fireplace did an amazing job. It looks like I have a brand new fireplace. He did repairs efficiently and left zero mess behind. I had a few questions a few days after, and he was quick to return, check out my fireplace, and answer all the questions that I had. This is a business that I will be quick to recommend.

  The staff here went above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated to us and installed correctly. Their service exceeded my expectations. The install took only a few hours and they were very careful and cleaned up all the old materials. Initially I was concerned about a gap left during the install, and Paul personally came out for a follow up visit the next day and helped come up with a custom solution to make things right. They have very honest pricing and were easy to call and work with. They also know their products and were able to answer all of my follow up questions. The fireplace is very warm and easy to use. I would suggest them to anyone looking to have an install done. 10/10.

  Paul and his employees showed great professional from start to finish. I called for a quote and he drove over within a couple hours. He fixed the gas log that was already there free of charge and gave me a quote for his Kozy Heat gas insert brand that was competitive compared to others in the area. The team installed the unit on time and worked with my contractor to make certain the gas insert would fit with the structure we were putting up. They even helped me with a stove as a courtesy that was emitting gas in the house that someone tried installing and failed to do so correctly earlier that week. It saved me a lot of hassle dealing with another service call. My wife and I are so pleased with service we received from Comfort Gallery. The brand they choose to work with, Kozy Heat, looks great and functions wonderfully. Paul does everything “to the book” and does not cut any corners to make sure his customers are taken care of. The team demonstrated the functions of the installed unit and let me know to contact them if I had concerns. The business made me feel valued the entire process and helped all my specific needs. Highly recommended.
