Super A+ crew of guys! (sorry I can’t remember the lead guys name) but super friendly and professional, they worked hard and fast, were very polite and very clean along the way. I’m excited for Jacob to get his new puppy, and the military vet to buy his new property. They showed me pics/videos of everything they did and loved on all the farm animals before they left. Thanks for the great job guys!

I was very pleased with the recent service of my gas fireplace. Isaiah was knowledgeable, friendly, took time to troubleshoot, identify problems, re-assemble to better than before (fixed some previous handy-man errors) and cleaned up afterwards. He also gave me good tips for maintaining the system. I took three of his cards to share with neighbors.

So impressed with the service with Comfort by Design. I called with a very last minute “can you please come today” and they worked it out to get it done. Lee was fantastic. Understanding about the lots of dryer lint I had and smiled and laughed about it with me. I appreciated his patience. Was a good experience and I’ll definitely have them back to do this again.

Quoted a lower rate over the phone for a basic tune up than the technician wanted. He asked for more than double the phone quote! Got a call from a crabby employee 3 hours before the scheduled appointment wanting to know if I'm home so she could send the technician right then! Didn't ask me if that would be ok. She just expected that if I'm home, she had the right to send the guy 3 hours early. I agreed to accommodate them and thought the guy was in my driveway almost immediately. And there he sat for 30 minutes! So I called the company and learned that the crabby employee who called me told the technician that I wasn't home so he was waiting for me to pull in the driveway. OK, I think now everything is on track, finally. But nobody rings the doorbell. So eventually I check and he's standing there. Says he never rings doorbells. Aarrggh. He came in and by this time I had lost confidence in the company but when he quoted me his 'lowest' rate, more than double what I expected to pay, I asked him to leave. Good luck doing business with this outfit.
