We called to have someone look at our woodstove, we were seeing water come in through the stove pipe. I left a message and was called and scheduled for yesterday. I can't tell you how nice everyone was, from the lady who scheduled my appointment to the technicians that arrived. We were lucky enough to have JJ and Cameron respond to do the work, They were amazing, very polite and professional. My woodstove looks brand new again and we have no leaks. I highly recommend this company and especially JJ and Cameron!

We have worked with Columbia Housewarmers to keep our home warm and dry for the past 12 years. They installed our pellet stove twelve years ago and our whole-house heating system five years ago. Keeping the pellet stove running is extremely important to us when our electric power is out for hours due to high winds and fallen trees. Yesterday, Jared came over to inspect our pellet stove and check if we needed any new parts. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We were happy to learn that simply keeping the stove clean is the best maintenance possible, and no new parts were needed. I would recommend them to everyone!

Customer service is one of the worst my wife and I have experienced in the 4 years living in the PNW. They will not call back to schedule a simple chimney cleaning. We have left messages. Finally we able to speak to someone and the person told my wife that “the dispatcher will call back by the end of the day” I say if you rely on wood for your main source of heat. Find someone else.

I've made an appointment with Columbia Housewarmers to install a chimney and a new fireplace. Their first estimate appointment was a month away. After patiently waiting a month, someone came, measured everything, and promised to get back to me. A few weeks later I learned that they declined to work on my projects because they don't have employees. I lost almost two months waiting for them and that's what I've got. I recommend looking elsewhere for your fireplace or chimney installations or repair as these people do not respect their clients time and act unprofessionally.

They used to be great. Now they`re not. We had to wait 2 weeks to get a technician over to fix our pellet stove. One finally came and couldn`t fix it. The next day they sent 2 guys. Shorlty after they left it shut off just like it has been. It starts up and after a short while shuts off. Had to restart ot 50 times a day. They used to come every year for the last 16 years. They would clean it and check everything out. The good workers retired. Now they do the bare minimum..
