I purchased a fireplace from this company in Alabaster, Alabama but the person they sent for the installation was through a 3rd party vendor. There was an issue with the fireplace and Colonial refused to send someone back out to correct the issue. When I called the company the owner’s wife made a comment when I called “Oh you’re the one from Ensley” as a means to insult me. I was told that the owner does not want to get involved with fixing the issue. Colonial came out once to fix it and the 3rd party came out 3 times. The fireplace has been serviced 4 times but still does not work properly.
