We had two fireplaces put in with this company and one makes so much noise with the fan that you can't even have a conversation. The other one much more serious had a gas leak for over a year I had them come out three times and they told me it was supposed to smell like that if they weren't vented .I knew better I'm 60 years old. I've had lots of fireplaces with gas logs.They just didn't want to fix it. We had another company come out and they found the leak immediately and fixed it within 10 minutes You could see the bubbles with the soap test. I emailed Coastal fireplace immediately and wanted them to know what had happened and that I was very disappointed .I didn't hear back. Please be careful when selecting gas companies. You need to make sure that they care about your health and the quality of their work
