I highly recommend Coastal Chimney! As a single woman, I am very particular about who I hire to do service calls at my house. Coastal Chimney was amazing and I had no worries. Jason and Jacob went above and beyond to take care of my fireplace. Although there were some bumps in the initial appointment as scheduled, they were quick to correct the scheduling conflict. Fantastic work, very professional. Adam showed up for the installation right when he said he would with a friendly crew. The had all of the equipment, tooling, and hardware to overcome the challenges our existing chimney presented. I truly believe that had we gone with the "lowest bid" we would have had delays in the installation. I would highly recommend Coastal Chimney and am pleased to endorse them.
