We are very pleased with our new fireplace from Coastroad Hearth and Patio. We replaced our existing firebox and granite surround. Everyone we encountered were very professional. We appreciate Tom’s expertise in determining what we wanted and Justin and Chad were great on the installation. We now have a beautiful new fireplace! We love the remote with one touch ignition. Perfect Service Visit! Gas fireplace wasn't used in a year and suffered through the dust of an extensive renovation, disassembly, and a minor shift in location. This was our first experience with a gas fireplace. Wes the technician was outstanding in every way. Although he clearly knew his business, because of the variety of models and safety issues he kept the users manual handy. He checked everything out, reassembled the logs, and got it up and running. He addressed all our questions and gave us a very helpful tutorial on how to use the unit. He was careful, patient, technically proficient, and personable. We'll definitely call Coastroad again for our annual maintenance recheck and inspection.

Justin did an amazing job of installing our new logs. Thanks so much. Coastroad does a great job at reasonable prices. We wouldn't trust anyone else. It was a bit of a drive to get to the showroom but well worth it. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful!

Service person was very knowlegeable and pleasant. He explained again how to set up the remote. He had my unit up and running in less than 5 minutes.. I needed service on my unit and the office called me late in the afternoon and said they can have a man here in 15 minutes. Great service, good communications and fantastic support.
