I purchased a wood stove from Jeff during the Covid pandemic when there were significant supply chain issues. Jeff kept in touch the entire time and when it became apparent that there would be further manufacturing delays he offered an alternative stove. We are very happy with the stove. However, the after sales support from Jeff answering all my first timer questions has made me a customer for life. Remember when you went to the hardware store and the old guys there were knowledgeable and helpful? That’s what you can expect at Coal and Wood Burner!

Purchased a Broil King grill through their website. Same grill menards has but over 100 bucks cheaper and came assembled! Plus free cover and cleaner. That's good service and a deal. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend this place. Shop local!

Very knowledgeable staff. We went in knowing the project we needed to do but not the parts we needed to do it. They hometowns pick out the parts, gave us tips for putting it together, and made sure we had everything we needed. We are excited to put in our woodstove with confidence knowing we have quality, safe piping and a knowledgeable staff to back us up.
