This father son team was a pleasure to work with. They are both very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Communication was extremely good in keeping us updated with the materials being delivered, scheduled dates, any issues that have come up ect. The install went smooth and they clean up after themselves which is plus plus. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wood stove, fireplace, ect.

Never showed up for appointment with lack of communication! Poor customer service! Very disappointed and need to start from square one in getting much needed work done to our chimney and fireplace!

Really appreciated the service provided via phone and the patience extended to me when I called for service to my electric fireplace.
