The firplaces look nice. Haven't been able to order anything yet though because we have been getting the run around from the sales guy for the last 6 months. Perhaps they only deal with contractors and not actual homeowners? If you want a quicker install, I would look elsewhere.

We built a new home 2 years ago and have been enjoying our fireplace each winter. The purchase and installation services were outstanding!! We wanted it inspected, cleaned and serviced before winter this year, so we called for an appointment. I spoke with Mandy and she was very helpful setting up a time that would be convenient around our work schedules. The service was fabulous, and we're ready to enjoy our fireplace again this year!
