  We just had Claxton convert our wood-burning fireplace to a ventless gas unit. We have a poorly insulated lower level but hadn’t burned a fire in over a decade. The new fireplace is wonderful and we use the thermostat feature on the remote control to easily keep the area comfortable every day. The installation crew was great, although our older home posed some unexpected issues that required rerouting the gas line. Dan Claxton not only came to our home to prepare the initial quote, but was also very involved and arrived at our home quickly when the installation issues arose and thereafter. We highly recommend Claxton Fireplace, and are very happy with the end result. Our cat is also enjoying it!

  Claxton was great to work with. When I bought my home, I was told there was no point in even trying to fix the old fireplace. Dan Claxton came over, talked me through my options and their team gave me the most beautiful fireplace imaginable!! Everyone there was so kind and knowledgeable, I highly recommend them!

  Highly recommend, They put a new fireplace insert and changed the outside to nice bricks. It lasted 8 years until we had a service call. The tech was outstanding. Its like brand new again. It is a fair price as exceptional quality.

  I know Claxton Fireplace Center in Omaha has an excellent reputation for quality service. I received an advertisement from Claxton about products for patio kitchens. I saw a screen to block out sun's harsh rays that was available and they would install it. I thought that would make a great gift for my son, whose birthday was coming up. I called Claxton's office and a sales rep answered all my questions and booked a date to show us the colors and materials. We found one we liked in a size needed to block the sun's rays on the west side of my son's patio. After delivery and installation, the job was completed in time for my son's birthday. We are very well pleased and my son was thrilled. He can now cookout on the patio and the temperature is so much more cooler than before. It was a win/win purchase and birthday party celebration. Thanks Dan for great work!
