I was having a problem with the control pad for my swim spa that was purchased from another vendor. That vendor had outsourced the servicing. I had used that provider for several years and finally got tired of waiting weeks for a service call and then weeks more for the follow up visit to complete the work if a new part was needed. Working with Ron at Classic was an outstanding experience. In talking to Ron he determined that all my spa needed was a replacement part that was easily obtained and that I could install myself. The part arrived in about a week and it was easily installed. I give Ron and this firm my highest recommendation and will use Classic Pool for all my future spa service needs.

I worked with Jason as he got me an automated hot tub cover lift. Converta-lift brand. Excellent product that works great. It's worth every penny it costs. Installed it myself, similar to a hard to put together IKEA project, but very doable with a few tools and mediocre brain. Remote control to open is a great feature as well. I highly recommend working with these guys.

Let me first say we absolutely loved our pool install process- the sales team, the crew that set it up, and the initial consultation with the owner. The problem came after trying to balance the chemicals in our pool with the automatic upgraded system we purchased- Classic Pool Spa & Hearth said it may take a while to get the accurate readings so wait until we go to use it next season. We did. Then we called and called and left tons of voicemails- actually spoke with few people to try to get them out to do the repair while the part was under warranty. Said they’d call back- never did. Here we are in the next season and still, the part doesn’t work. We called again, finally got an appt this time around, and they they said they will charge us $207+ per hour plus part because it’s not under warranty any longer- they even confirmed the part has not been working since install. Totally unprofessional and unfortunately I cannot recommend the company. There are much better services departments for pools in the area, I would have to recommend calling them before these guys. Seems shady.
