He was very punctual and friendly. He removed his shoes and set up to protect our carpeting. He was very knowledgeable about our Montego propane fireplace and explained everything as he did the repair. We will definitely call CKB Fireplace Services should any other needs come up.

I don't have any complaints about the quality of Mr. Bybee's work, however I was surprised by the amount of the bill which included a $60 Trip Charge (he came from Bellevue to Papillion, his office to my house is 7.3miles). Recommend shopping around to see if Trip Charges are included should you find your fireplace in need of service.
