  I had been looking for someone to install gas logs and a screen in my small living room fireplace. Not as easy as it sounds. I encountered several letdowns before I came across Churchill’s. I live 30 miles from their location so I called to see if they served my area. I was told absolutely. I drove out and met with Dorothy. Everyone was so nice. Didn’t treat me like I had a small unimportant job for them. Dorothy took her time and asked many questions to determine my needs. She came out to my house to take measurements herself. Jim installed it quickly and did a wonderful job. Third party contractor, Mark, installed the door-screen and was friendly, did a quick thorough job. It was a wonderful and easy experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

  We have used Churchill's for many years either getting patio furniture or new gas logs. We went to them for our fireplace re-do and couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process. They recommended Roberto from Canteras Real who helped me set my vision in place. Very professional! Dorothy then came in and help with screen and log recommendations. Dorothy is the best! You can tell Churchill takes pride in their work! Such a pleasant experience. Mark then comes to the house for the finishing touches. Always great when they show up when scheduled!! Thank you all for making my vision a reality! Will always use Churchill's. So dependable and reliable!

  What a weird experience. My wife and I went in to look at fireplaces, and the older woman helping us, who made it clear she has been there for 38 years, was condescending and overbearing. She was such a turnoff that I walked away. I could tell my wife was equally annoyed. We gave each other the look and left. It was an unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience. We definitely will not be buying from this place based purely on the service and attitude.

  I recently built an entertainment center in my living room at one of the highrises downtown, and as an essential part of it I needed an electric fireplace. After a lot of research, I found a few candidates from a few manufacturers and to my pleasant surprise I found out Churchill's is an official distributor for pretty much all of them! Just shows you Churchill's only works with the best of the best! I contacted Churchill's shortly after and had the opportunity to go visit their showroom and my goodness it was by far the largest collection of fireplaces I've ever witnessed! Jodie greeted me like family, and took the time to very thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each model I had in mind (and yes they did have them at the showroom!) And navigated me to exactly what I was looking for. They are extremely professional, kind, organized and ON-TIME! Them being ontime and on schedule with their delivery was essential since the entertainment center was being built by another contractor of mine and the other contractor was responsible for installing the fireplace. I'm happy to say that the whole process went extremely smoothly! Unfortunately the pictures and the video doesn't do justice about how much I love my fireplace! I will definitely be doing business with Churchill's in the future!
