  A wonderful experience from start to finish; I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Gene is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous in his work, patient and provides quality service. Gene is a master of his craft and my experience with Chimneys R Us was unparalleled. Gene explained every step in the process of installing my new wood burning stove insert, insulated liner and custom built hearth. Gene was punctual and very neat as he cleaned up thoroughly each day. Additionally, my initial call to Chimneys R Us was taken by Carol who was very patient with me, answered all of my many questions and was thorough in her explanations. She made me feel assured that Chimneys R Us was the company for the job and they definitely were. I plan on using them for my annual chimney cleanings. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  I've been using Chimneys R Us for years for the annual cleaning & inspections of our chimneys and have always found Gene and company to be knowledgeable, professional and affordable. They are responsive and timely. We also used them to review, recommend, and install the appropriate gas and wood inserts when the time came to update the old fireplaces.

  We used Chimneys R Us to replace our basic 15 year old builder installed gas fireplace with an upgraded one with a raised hearth and stacked stone surround. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Gene and his team delivered exactly what we wanted. They are diligent workers and went out of their way to go above and beyond the scope of work. They completed the work on time, always cleaned up at the end of the work days and for what we thought was reasonable price. The fireplace is now the show-piece of our home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a fireplace, especially if you’re looking for masonry work as well. Thanks Gene!

  Chimneys R Us has been a total delight to deal with. From Carol's impressive responsiveness, patience, and expertise to Gene's technical skills and ability to answer any question you have. Even though we live well outside their typical service zone, they recognized we didn't have any other options with a stove that was too large for our hearth and a chimney that needed replacing. They took the job on and did wonderful work. So happy with the install, how it looks, and can't wait to get to use it! Cannot recommend them enough.
