Chimney-Works demonstrated professionalism and technical skills during all phases of this process. Manuel and Travis were terrific, great work ethic, professional behavior the entire time at our home and very patient to answer my questions. We did experience an unanticipated occurrence when debris fell down into our internal chimney well, causing a lot of dust to enter our home. John came out immediately, took full responsibility for the clean up and worked with us to address our concerns. Exactly what you would expect from a company where customer satisfaction matters. I strongly recommend Chimney-Works to anyone seriously considering chimney repairs or restructuring.

We had a great experience with Chimney Works, especially with their employee Jeremy Woods. He was very nice, very clean, and took the time to really listen to our concerns. Keith came to our house and spent close to an hour troubleshooting the problem with our fireplace. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and figured out that the Remote was not syncing with the control unit. He switched from remote to manual and gave us information about how to get a new remote. He was extremely helpful and super friendly. He cleaned and restacked the logs and cleaned the entire unit. He even fixed the screen that had been a bit off for years. Another plus is my dog loved him. Will definitely use this service in the future.

Ben Simmons with Chimney Works was our chimney service technician. He arrived at the exact appointment time and asked questions about our fireplace. Ben then set up his equipment and did a very thorough inspection and cleanup. He was kind, knowledgeable and honest. Five Stars for Ben and Chimney Works. They are timely, efficient and trustworthy. I would recommend them for all Chimney needs.

We had an issue with our Kozy Heat unit and James Sena and his co-worker Steven came out. James was the most knowledgeable about this unit and was able to trouble shoot and fix our unit quickly. They were both so professional and kind! Highly recommend James! Great service all around!!!
