I called and made an appointment 1 month out. On the day of the appointment it was raining. I waited until after the expected time, 7-9am, to call them because they didn't show up. They tell me they will come after the rain is over, maybe 11am or noon. At 1:30pm, when they don't show up again, I call them and are told they need to reschedule. They didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming, I had to call them to find out. It's now 1:30pm, bright and sunny out. I wasted over half a day waiting for them. Poor communication and unreliable!!!!!!!
