Ryan and her team installed a propane line and fireplace for us in 2022. Work quality was top notch and they were great to work with on finalizing the county inspection. Always on hand to answer maintenance questions. At our recommendation our neighbors got a wood stove installed by CT and they too have been happy with the work.

We recently had a wood burning stove installed by Chimney Techniques in our new home. They did a great job helping us find the best option and price. Initial install went wonderfully but we had an issue, no fault of Chimney Techniques, but they went above and beyond to solve our issue. The owner even made an after hour trip to our home to fabricate a custom piece to appease the county inspector. The next inspection passed! Well done Chimney Techniques! They were great folks to work with and top notch service! Would 100% recommend their services! I've included photos right after install. Unfortunately I don't have finished photos as our home is not yet finished! ☺️

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Chimney Techniques. I had a wood insert installed, and it will not draft properly. Instead of standing behind their work, they told me I would need to make additional changes to my house for it to function correctly — something that was never mentioned before the installation. After going back and forth, they ultimately told me I was basically “out of luck,” leaving me with a wood insert that doesn’t work and no willingness on their part to fix the issue they created. Very poor customer service and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In 2020...Chimney Techniques installed a Vermont Casting wood stove in our home. We love the stove and the service they have provided us over the years. If you are looking for a quality product with great service - this is the place!

I’m a home owner I like doing things myself and I came to chimney tech for help with all the piping for my wood stove they were very knowledgeable and helpful in ordering all the pipe that I needed I would totally give them a five star And recommend them for all your needs plus we have to keep our small local business going in our community
