  Why complain about their one tech guy. David is awesome and have been using him for almost 15 years. Honest, and total professional. Yes it takes a long time for an appointment with him to service my Direct Vent propane free standing stove. That’s why I DO NOT wait until the cold months! That’s how you get around that. Unless of course you have an emergency.

  My Pellet Stove was installed about 15 years ago, It was was replaced with a new model about 5 years ago. I needed service. I called this Place and they required pictures sent.. Pictures were sent and then the tech said it is not installed in code and requires work to make it code or they cannot repair. He Said Pellet Stove vents need to be 8 Feet off the Ground. It was a complete lie. The Code for Vent Heights is NYS 802.6 - Which clearly states it is by the manufactures instructions. I knew it was a lie. When I emailed him about it, they now Ghost me and no response. They just want to take advantage of people. So beware. If they lie about this, they will lie about anything.

  I would highly recommend this business for all fireplace/chimney needs. I purchased a new pellet stove and the saleswoman was patient, kind and friendly! She helped me make the best choice and didn’t try to oversell me anything! The install was amazing! You won’t find a better business. Like with all fireplace businesses, there obviously will be a wait, so try to plan a month ahead. A business with a wait time is a GOOD SIGN! It means they’re trusted by many! This is the only place to go, as far as I’m concerned.

  Went in for a glass replacement on my jotul, everyone is so friendly and helpful, they patiently guided me through finding the serial number on the stove for proper replacement info. The work is outstanding, quick turnaround time, went above and beyond by restoring the whole door to its original luster. I can’t thank you all enough, I am thoroughly enjoying some cozy fires in this brisk Fall weather. You’re the best!

  I don't know what All the bad reviews are about. We had and continue to have a great experience with them. I'm an advocate for supporting your local community, and also the best price. Not only did they honor a discount I found online for the manufacturer of the stove but they gave me there in store discounts that I didn't know about. They worked with us to give us what we needed not pushing accessories or other costly items. They where helpful in directing us to the best person for installation. As far as buying pellets for our stove, and I've looked around and they have the cheapest price for the quality pellets. Glad to give them business and hope others give them a chance. I purchased my stove over a year ago and am just now writing a review. It's sad but when we like something we don't always make time to say so. But when we have a bad experience, gloves come off, and that's the first thing we do. Give them a chance I promise it will be worth it.
