Rob and his team are experienced professionals who provide top-of-the-line customer service, from doing a thorough chimney inspection to repairing and bringing our 30 year old chimney up to code. Rob went above and beyond to ensure our new gas insert would fit properly in our redesigned fireplace hearth. This included reaching out to others involved in the project several times over the course of six months and onsite visits to check and recheck measurements and placement. We are very pleased with the outcome.
