Rob came out to our house and had our AC up and running within an hour. He was fantastic! Plus he was honest and explained all the charges in depth and requested approval to do the work after the diagnostic. They are absolutely fantastic. Had a problem with my air conditioner when it was in the 90s and they came out the next day and within 5 minutes they knew what the problem was and got it up and running. Needed a piece which he had in his truck and he was done. And their prices are so reasonable. The man who came out to service my air was also very pleasant and efficient. Thank you for fixing my air and your prompt service. Highly recommend you!

Absolute NIGHTMARE company. They came to replace the motherboard the first time, said everything was working but an hour later we once again had no heat. Then we had to wait on a part for two weeks all while having zero heat and ZERO communication from them. We had to call multiple times to figure out what was going on. Finally they showed back up and swapped a hose into the wrong place after said two weeks. We then had to call them back THREE times within the same day and same hour because they’d look at it, “fix it” leave and it would immediately stop working. Will never be doing business with this company again.

We got a Trane air conditioner from Craft Heating and Cooling. Jim,the owner, was so nice and informative and patient. We had the air conditioner for a while and we had a small issue. Jim was great about making it right, he definitely put us first as customers when he technically didn't have to. Great company, highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service! My furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days in the winter season. Don came out at 12am when we noticed our furnace stopped working. I knew it was time to get a new furnace. Stanley and Josh installed my furnace. They were wonderful! The owner also followed up with phone calls. I highly recommend Craft Heating and Cooling. Extremely reliable and professional!
