I've used them for my chimney cleaning services for a few years now. My most recent tech, Jeramie was on time, gave me a 30 minutes heads up, and completed the job quickly and effectively. He was friendly and courteous while on the job. I've never had a bad experience with them.

Our fireplace was old and unusable. Every time he had a fire it would smoked out the house. Tony and his team came in and explained what they were going to do to remedy the issue. The chimney needed the old clay pipe removed and a stainless steel liner installed. They were very professional and clean. When the work was done, you would never know they were there by how clean they left the area. Thanks for the professional job done, we now have a working fireplace. Highly recommended.

2 appointments and 2 no shows! 1st appointment I got the call 2 hours after appointment window saying they were on their way - I told the tech to never mind and maybe offer a discount on a reschedule. No one from the office ever called to follow- up. So I made another appointment and again - waited and waited - got the txt that the tech had an emergency and was not coming. Again - never a follow- up call or apology from the office. Terrible customer service. This service was scheduled in Michigan

Our historic house went from having a dark, non working brick hole...to a glorious, warm and cozy space! Jimmy was fabulous! Jimmy was respectful of my home, he took his shoes off, was tidy and neat while doing his work and he was even friendly and kind to my animals. He transformed our fireplace and he was quick and knowledgeable about his work. I would highly recommend Chimney Cricket, they are definitely top notch!

Jimmy and Blake were very professional and friendly. They managed to fix the issue with my fireplace with ease and cleaned it up so it now looks brand new, all while keeping my home completely clean. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and it was great to have some of my questions answered. It’s clear Jimmy is very knowledgeable in his field. Would highly recommend.
