We had a great experience with Chimney Crafters, from my very first conversation with Michelle while scheduling the inspection, everything was smooth and professional. Erik came out to inspect our fireplace and chimney and took the time to clearly explain how to use the fireplace safely, which I really appreciated! Julian did an excellent job completing the repairs. All three were very professional, kind, and knowledgeable!

I will recommend Chimney Crafters to everyone. I had an emergency situation yesterday afternoon and didn't know who to call or how long it would take to resolve. They were recommended to me by my HVAC company. Michelle and Erik went above and beyond to help me. Erik was at my house until almost 7, it was dark and cold but he had a great attitude. He was very professional, explained the problem and how to fix it, such a nice young man. He was through and cleaned everything up both outside. All in all an excellent experience.

Thanks to Erik and his team, my husband and I now feel safer in our home with winter coming now that we won't be getting any water damage!! The exterior looks awesome. I had no idea that carbon monoxide was pumping into my house from all the backed up birds nests in my chimney!! Michelle got back to me super quickly to make an appointment and Erik cleaned out my chimney and replaced the cap so that no more birds will be able to get in. They did an AMAZING job and I am so happy that they were able to assist in keeping my home safe! 100% recommend!!!

The workers (Adrian and Damien) were always cordial, friendly, kept me informed about the progress of the job; worked VERY HARD every time that they were here (one day did not even take lunch). Always cleaned up the area before leaving. Discovered some additional damage after old fireplace removed that was not expected; they informed me and Erik. They were able to fix the damage. (Which I was grateful that they were able to do since it was both a health/safety issue so I was VERY grateful). I am VERY pleased with the finished job. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to do any chimney or fireplace work that is needed.
