Chimney Charm is a small gas fireplace retailer with an attractive showroom. The staff is extremely helpful, and they take the time to address all of your questions and concerns. You never feel rushed, or like you're a burden. The management appears to be genuinely concerned about selling only products which are of high quality. They stated several times that if it's offered for sale at their store, it's good stuff. I believe them. I ended up purchasing from them, and I'm very pleased with my product. I had an excellent experience here. I highly recommend dealing with Chimney Charm over the big box stores.

Excellent customer service and products. I had tried Glowing Embers and other places and kept getting the run around. Called Chimney Charm and Kevin gave us a prompt estimate. The price was WAY lower even after the install price was factored in. Avoid the other guys and call Kevin at Chimney Charm!

My heat n glo fireplace wouldn't fire up and I called several businesses to get the Job done to no avail. I called chimney charm and kevin and staff were fantasic..great customer service, very friendly and my family and myself were left nice and warm.
