The representative was on time, went to the protection of the surrounding area, worked on the gas fireplace and its included accessories, and then explained what had been done in the repair. He also asked me how we had been using the fireplace whereupon I discovered that we had been controling certain factor incorrectly. We were impressed with his knowledge, calmess doing the repair and the explanation regarding the repair and how we could make the performance inprove by correcting out operation methods. An excellent company and employee.

Chimney Care cleaned my very dirty chimney, showed me the inside of the clean chimney with their portable camera and all for a very reasonable price. Service man was very informative and very careful to to leave the house as clean as when he arrived. I would highly recommend this company.

My wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with the care and experts of the good people at Chimney Care Company. Not only were they hospitable at their showroom, every interaction with a company representative was the utmost in professionalism, courtesy and respect. When they discovered damage to our order in shipping, the immediately ordered a replacement, and informed us. When Shane, the installer, came to our home, he was extremely knowledgeable and very folksy in his communication. He patiently showed us the options available and answered all our questions with warmth and humor. When he came back to install, his expertise was immediately apparent. He got the work done quickly and neatly. Bottom line, we can't recommend Chimney Care Company highly enough. We'd give an additional stars were that possible. Thanks so much, CCC. You ROCK!
