The staff at chestnut hill chimney are wonderful. Dave always does a great job cleaning my pellet stove and always answers any questions I have. And Mark is able to walk me through any problems that I may have over the phone. Thank you to you all!

Can't say enough good things about Mark+crew and Laura. We have used them for several different pellet stove related things at this point - yearly maintenance, replacing an outdated/faulty sensor that was causing unsafe overheating of the hopper, and just recently to reinstall our stove after it had to be disconnected due to work being done on our home. I have found them to be very responsive and very nice folks to work with, and Mark does such an amazing job of explaining things to the customer to ensure that they are doing the right things to maintain and extend the life of the stove and its components. He also is very transparent about costs and will go through that with you before starting his work. Won't be using anyone else in the foreseeable future, that's for sure.

Stan and Kevin were very knowledgeable and very helpful for these first time pellet stove operators. They got me in the schedule fairly quickly. They didn't bash the stove brand or where it was purchased, answered all of my stupid questions, cleaned and fixed my stove quickly and efficiently. Wore their masks and were very respectful. We are very happy with services rendered.

Mark is a real nice guy and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the options of stoves and installation. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to a deal, as the pricing was substantially higher than other nearby facilities for pellet stoves. I still appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of chestnut hill chimney and hearth.

My pellet stove stopped working after we had a few brownouts in December (2022) I believe, from a big wind storm we had here. I finally got around to contacting these guys after finding their business label on the stove. Within a few hours of emailing Mark specific questions and my issue, he responded with a 2 page troubling-shooting guide he wrote himself (not cut/pasted) and also helped me with replacement parts. Following his directions I got my stove up and running again! I thought the control board was blown from the brownouts, but he pointed me in the exact direction as to what was actually wrong. These boards cost $300-500 to replace, so needless to say, I'm a happy camper, not having to spend that. Thank you!
