Brian was friendly over the phone when I booked the appointment. They were forgiving when I missed the tech on arrival at my home and they sent him back again when I called on realizing that I was lost in my work and ignored the calling bell. When Seth arrived with his assistant, they were cool about it. To top it off, the problem turned out to be simple and they didn't charge for it. I wouldn't have minded paying. I do appreciate professionalism and their going the extra effort to please the customer.
