I called this company to ask about getting them to look at our fireplace and inspect it for safety before we start it up. We haven’t started it since we bought the house. There was a very unfriendly greeting on the phone followed with a very condescending tone when asking me question after question about my fireplace. He told me in a nutshell, that “well I mean, we can come look at it but all you need to do is look in the chimney and then start it” — I am not an expert in this field and was seeking out expertise and services. Obviously he didn’t want to provide them. When I told him I would have my husband call back and showed obvious frustration with his complete lack of customer service, he tried to change his tone and be more helpful but at that point I was done talking. I have never written a review about a business, truly ever, but this really was horrible.

They were professional and curtious.I you have dealt with other contractors in Corpus Christi they don't get it done right they just get it done. CCChimney does it right. Excellent Service - I wanted to replace the fireplace and James told me how to repair it and I did not have to replace the fireplace after all - he was honest and saved me money - he did not even charge me for the advise and the trip - he even called the company which made the fireplace to figure out if we could replace it, if needed - I highly recommend them ... Thank you

Went there at 1230 on a Thursday to see if they had a chimney cap. Locked up. Person inside said come back in about an hour. Wouldnt even let me in to look. Decided to go elsewhere to spend money.
