  Our visit to the showroom was great, Donna Rae spent a lot of time with us explaining all about hot tubs and answering our questions. The delivery guys were very accommodating when we had to delay the delivery, and when it was delivered they were professional and explained all about our new hot tub and answering questions. Overall I am happy with my experience. Hot tub is getting filled tomorrow fingers crossed that goes just as well.

  The Place has shown us why you purchase a hot tub from them vs. a discount or big box store. The service has been outstanding through purchase, delivery, and when assistance was needed at time of startup. While a spa may be cheaper elsewhere, repair and replacement costs would inevitably add up if we were not supported properly. Thank you.

  I recently had my fireplace insert serviced by Dave. It was originally installed by THE PLACE, and I've been very happy with it. Dave is the one who comes out to check and clean the unit. He's very thorough and does a wonderful job.

  We recently purchased a hot tub from *The Place* and couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience! Rex, our salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable about the different tubs they offer and provided valuable insight from his many years of experience. He was helpful without being pushy, which made the decision process feel comfortable and relaxed. Our delivery team, consisting of Scott, Shawn, and Mike, did an outstanding job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They handled the tub with great care, expertly maneuvering it into place and ensuring the attached cover was positioned perfectly. Their advice was practical and helpful when asked, yet they never imposed their opinions. Cleanup was also quick and thorough, leaving everything just as they found it. Overall, our experience with The Place was top notch. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality hot tub and exceptional customer service!   This is a large store that features gas inserts for fireplaces, as well as ventless and vented gas log sets. They also sell hot tubs and patio furniture. The store is very well organized and they can demonstrate the functionality of the fireplaces. They have a wide variety of inventory in stock and the salesman Rex is very informative, kind, knowledgeable and friendly.
