  I visited Capo Fireside to get help ordering a chimney liner, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The gentleman assisting me came across as dismissive and unwilling to help, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I expected better customer service and professionalism. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive a more helpful experience.

  Once they have their sale secured, they basically stop responding. If you get ahold of Sean, good luck, he just passes the buck to someone else and takes zero accountability for any problems.

  Fireplaces are luxury items. If you want something cheap go somewhere else or don't buy a fireplace. Personally I would not be comfortable going cheap on something that produces fire around our house. Our designer and contractor got our fireplaces from here. We haven't had any issues and the value of our homes increased. I like the look of how it all turned out.

  For months, we have been trying to get our fireplace working. But again, the people who are suppose to show up to fix this, didn't show up. Even after multiple commitments to be here. Run, Run do not buy anything from here. I can't even begin to go into all the problems. I had to contact the manufacture and arrange a multiple people phone call to get the installer to understand that yes the fireplace can do what we were told. CAPO is poorly organized, poorly trained and the meeting that was scheduled days ago, is not happening.RUN to another any other company.
