  Fireplace repair made by James Slater from Capo Fireside Reno, NV looks like magic for me but honestly it was 4 hours permanent drilling, testing, verifying manual with the manager and all regulations…And here there are: 25 years old gas Healiator looks like new and works like new!

  Sadly, I drove from North Vallys to see a showroom and talk to a sales person. Everywhere on social media says the place is open till 5 PM. The front window has a big hours of operations that says Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. No one was here when I arrived at 4:10 PM. The place is locked up tight. Now, if you pay particularly close attention to the picture I took of the hours. You can see a white piece of paper inside taped to a desk. On that paper and very small writing says that their hours have changed… on that little paper. It says they now close at 4 PM. The paper is actually sitting behind the hours of operation that are very clear invisible. The little piece of paper however you have to walk up to the window. This is very unprofessional. It would be very easy to either scrape off the hours or to have a four replace the five… I sat outside and called them to find out why they were not open before I saw the sign . Of course the automated system gave me along sayles speech about how busy they are, how they won’t get back to you right away as well as the change in hours…

  If there were a place for more stars I would give it to Capo Fireplace in Reno, Nevada. I went into the showroom and was greeted by Jake who provided me with all the details on having a fireplace installed. Jake came out to my house with Jorge from Desert Pines Construction and we went over the details. I went back into showroom with my husband and meet with Shawn and Jake for final details for pricing and start date. Capo installers were amazing sorry I forgot their names. They worked closely with Jorge and did a phenomenal job. I want to take a moment to especially thank Shawn for his patients with my OCD to details. I will be forever grateful and think of you while enjoying my beautiful fireplace.

  We recently purchased a Blaze King stove from Capo Fireside and had it installed a few days ago. The stove is awesome but the staff and install crew at Capo is even better. Thanks to Erik on sales, Shawn for coordinating the install and hooking me up with a rep at Blaze King to get my questions answered. Jorge, Tristan and George did a tremendous job installing the stove and explaining how things work.... they also left our home spotless after everything was done. We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend the folks at Capo Fireside if you're ever in the market for a wood burning stove. Thanks, guys. Rick Beckwith

  We could not be more pleased with our new fireplace. From the sales team to every technician and installer that were involved in the instillation, they were absolutely the most friendly team of professionals we had the pleasure to work with. And though all were great, Kyle and Patrick (who had to take over for Justin when he was hurt in an accident) were the best. We are living in a time where deliveries are rescheduled and rescheduled again and merchandise of any type are either out of stock or are hard to come by. But this did not stop Kyle from coming through for us. He went far above a reasonable try to get our fireplace and kept his word on having a crew show up to start the install. Patrick would not leave our home each day until he thoroughly explained the next step in the process and did everything to our expectations and far more. My wife and I would highly recommend Capo to install your fireplace. You will be extremely pleased with their service and expertise.
