Absolutely horrible customer service. No follow through. No one answers the phone. No one there during business hours. Isaac was hard to get ahold of. Really doesn’t care apparently. So frustrating and way more expensive than other spots. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Our experience with this company has been the worst we've ever had, not just in dealing with fireplaces. Their customer service is appalling--rude and unresponsive. They eventually admitted to their poor service and communication issues, blaming it on transitions within their business. This resulted in numerous mistakes during our fireplace job. Although they agreed to offer a concession for the troubles we faced, they ultimately went back on their word and failed to deliver.

First, after waiting weeks, they made my fireplace doors incorrectly. Despite a promise to rush the re-do, it was another month until the doors were ready, and then only after I called and went into the showroom. Bernie did no follow up and flat-out lied when called on it. I reported the terrible service to management and they didn’t even bother to respond. Take your business somewhere else!
